The Board of Directors is calling a special meeting of the Membership to vote on changes to our Chapter Bylaws.   Changes to the Chapter Bylaws are necessary due to structural changes with our relationship with ISM Global.   Because of this required change, the Board also took the opportunity to update other areas of the Bylaws to reflect changes on our current operation.  (NOTE:  this meeting is rescheduled from last month due to not all members receiving notification per our Bylaws).
