Courtland is a founding member of Bodman’s Enterprise Procurement Group. He has negotiated thousands of agreements with a multitude of vendors representing billions of dollars in spend.  He represents clients in a broad range of commercial transactions, including business process and information technology outsourcing arrangements, commercial and governmental debit card programs, and manufacturing, procurement, and supply arrangements.

Holly is a member of the Enterprise Procurement and the Data Privacy and Security Groups. She represents business clients in connection with a variety of commercial transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of vendor contracts for a broad range of goods and services.

Holly is also a member of the Data Privacy and Security practice group. She advises clients on compliance with state, federal, and international personal data protection laws, has assisted both small and large organizations in the creation of policies and procedures related to customer privacy and data breach protection, detection, and notification, and guides them through high-pressure, time-is-of-the-essence, incident response situations.
